It is your responsibility to consultatively communicate your work place activities on site, the risks, hazards and control measures associated with those activities to all other stakeholders who may be affected by your tasks. This may be achieved by a "General site toolbox meeting", or by individual meetings with others stakeholders or Site Safety Supervisoron site, depending on how each site is organised.
